Renault Trafic DPF repair, Ellesmere Port

Renault Trafic brought in with constant DPF faults and limp mode!

We quickly established that the vehicle was suffering from ash accumulation within the DPF causing excessive back pressure!

We removed the DPF for in-house flash cleaning where the amount of ash became apparent on the first cleaning cycle! Once the dpf on the machine was running clear it was reinstalled complete with a new pressure pipe and ecu recalibrated.

Once completed a road-test was carried out with all data being monitored to ensure correct operation👍

All faults fixed & running as it should☺️

All completed and returned the same day!
